1. Do you keep stock in South Africa or do you import?
We supply both in-stock units locally and special import orders depending on the model and availability. Lead times are confirmed before payment.

2. Are Surron bikes road legal in South Africa?
Only the Surron Light Bee Road Legal version is street-ready and can be used legally on public roads where registration and compliance apply. Other models are for off-road/private use only.

3. Do the bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all Surron bikes include a manufacturer warranty that covers factory defects. Battery warranty is also included. Warranty does not cover misuse, water damage, or modifications.

4. Do you offer test rides?
No, we currently operate online only and do not offer test rides. However, we provide full support to help you choose the right model.

5. Do you offer payments on credit or financing?
No, we do not offer financing. Orders are processed via full upfront payment before delivery.

6. Do you accept cash on delivery?
No, we do not accept COD. All orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch.

7. What is the top speed and range of Surron bikes?

Light Bee X: Up to 75km/h, range up to 100km

Ultra Bee: Up to 90km/h, range up to 140km

Storm Bee: Up to 110km/h, range up to 120km

8. Can I upgrade or tune my Surron?
Yes, we supply performance parts, tyres, brakes, and controller upgrades. However, tuning and aftermarket modifications may void warranty.

9. Are the bikes waterproof?
Surron bikes are built to handle outdoor conditions but are not fully waterproof. Riding through deep water or washing with high-pressure water is not recommended.

10. What maintenance does a Surron bike require?
Minimal maintenance is required. Check brakes, chain tension, tyre pressure and battery health regularly for optimal performance.

11. How long does the battery take to charge?
Charging time is 3–4 hours using the standard charger. Fast chargers are also available as an upgrade.

12. Can I buy spare parts from you?
Yes, we supply genuine Surron parts as well as accessories and upgrades. Parts can be ordered directly from us.

13. Do you offer after-sales support?
Yes, we provide technical assistance and product support after purchase. We guide you on setup, battery care, and troubleshooting.

14. Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we deliver nationwide through trusted freight partners. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

15. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days under our Refund & Returns Policy. A 20% restocking fee applies and the item must be returned in good condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
